Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that occurs during the winter months. By natural, I assume you mean without medication? Well, one treatment is phototherapy, or light therapy.
A special light box is set up and the person with SAD sits in front of it for 30 to 60 minutes a day. The additional light helps regulate the body's melatonin production. It's been suggested that vitamin D supplements can help, but there's been little research on this so I'm not convinced.
Besides, it's possible to overdose on vitamin D, and if high doses are needed.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
