I'm a bread machine virgin. I remember when they came out and I heard some complaints about them, so I was leery of them. I have a gift card and am thinking of using it on a bread machine.
Need some guidance, please. Asked by truff 35 months ago Similar questions: Bread Machines Opinions Recommendations Business > Business Services.

I had a bread machine about ten years ago; I gave it away. Maybe they've improved them since. I had a bread machine. It did a good job of mixing and kneading, but the machine didn't bake the bread as well as my oven did.
So, I used the bread machine to prepare the dough, but I baked my bread in the oven. I put some bricks in the bottom of my oven ( not covering the holes) and when the oven was hot, just before I put the dough in, I sprayed ice cold water on the hot bricks. The steam in the oven made a great crust.
The bread machine just couldn't do that. I wasn't baking bread that often, and I like kneading the dough by hand, so I gave the machine away..
1 I love mine! I just got on, no electricity! I will be right back....

2 For me it became one more appliance to find a space for when the novelty wore off. Don't get me wrong, they are cool, but if you are like me, you will use it a few times and then it will sit and gather dust. Nothing can compare to fresh hot homemade bread right out of the oven.
Right out of this machine? Ehh. But that's just me.

3 No, no, no! Truff, bread is SO easy to make that a bread machine isn't where to spend your money. Spend it on some King Arthur bread flour, a small digital kitchen scale and some yeast.
Remember when you decided to make pudding from scratch? You did a great job and that's more difficult than bread. And I'm not saying this because I'm in pastry school, I was making bread before that.Do I need to spend spring break in Pennsylvania?
We could work on bread and knitting...

I'm kinda liking the idea of it cooking in the same machine that mixes it. I don't have all the time in the world, I am just asking to get view and opinions. My kitchen table is almost never cleaned off, I t's always cluttered with stuff so i'm thinking a bread machine will be the way to go to having fresh bread.
Thanks!" "I need a good laptop that is portable and light weight, about 12" screen, wifi, for business. Any brand recommendations?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
