If it can be unhealthy I suggest 3 day starvation. Meaning you don't eat any solid foods just stick to juices and water. If you want to be extreme water only.
That way you will shrink your stomach and eat less after. You will also lose weight and your body will show it depending on your current state. Then do lots of exercise and eat good that contain more protein than carbs.
