California Voters Say Cut Government Spending, Don’t Raise Taxes?

I think we need to do both. Small tax increase to the individuals not business's, with the largest increases going to the rich on personal income. But we need huge spending cuts, across the board, nothing is off the table, nothing, we need to cut our debt and pay for services already rendered.

This is a no-brainer. Cut SPENDING. For some odd reason, our government has decided to go on some sorta shopping spree.

They call it "deficit spending." Really? That is so OXYMORON of them to say.

And if you want to cut spending, cut things like environmental services or better yet, that healthcare bill that is destined to fail. Raise taxes? Americans are already bearing the brute of those stimulus packages (aka: more taxes).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
