By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!
I really can't help you in your first question, sorry. But there's a definite yes on the second one, weight is a HUGE factor when calculating how many calories you're burning off. There are hundreds of factors, and really, no one can have a 'reliable index' for these kinds of things, every person is unique.
I know, this sucks. Oh and yes, you loose calories ALL THE TIME! So, you loose a certain amount by laying down then a little more by sitting, walking, running, dancing etc. That's why (even though the differences in calorie loss are minimal) you really should just take any chance you get in loosing more calories.
For example, if you take a bus to work, stand up for the twenty-minute ride and congratulate yourself on a minor achievement. Now I really don't think you should be doing this kind of method for weight loss. The best method BY FAR is this: do something you love like playing volleyball, running in the mornings or at dawn, walking your dog, and go with it.
Get active for an hour a day at least three times a week. If you don't love doing any sports or walking or jogging, it takes 21 days to make a habit so mark off the days on a calendar. You'll begin to love it as much as you'll love the dial on the bathroom scale.
DIET! I'm not talking, weight watchers or Atkins's diet or whatever they're called. DON'T loose weight with phony products that you won't use your whole life.
Diet means eat correctly. Take a look at some websites like MyPyramid and others that help you understand what a balanced diet is. It's not like you have to starve yourself or never touch chocolate again.
Or worse, only eat chocolate with granola in a bar labeled "fat free". The only way to loose weight is to not be ignorant. The internet is an amazing tool so use it for something you'll be proud of in the months to come.
LEARN about how your body works and how to treat it right. Good luck!
Search "lifted athletics" into google I forget the actual site name but they have great advice for this.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
