Can a decentralized, limited, and democratic world government solve our debt crisis by pooling?

Politicians are too selfish, if any one thinks their goal is to solve anything, ya may as well hang yourself, come on..look at all the third world countries dieing and the prosperous are too busy fighting each other for power than help the needy. World government heck no...less government...yes....the more government, the more money they take and sign off our names as the debtors.... where does all this money go? Not to us..the big wigs in office golfing, traveling having a blast, while we are scraping pennys.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
