Can a payday loan company take you to court, press charges, and sue you if you don't pay the loan back?

I am not happy with any of the answers so far. You said you are scared you will be placed in special ed because of test scores and asked if your parents could take you out. The answer is that you cannot be placed into special ed without your parents consent in the first place.

They can remove you at any time, but that is not what is important. What is important is getting to the source of your failure. This is your problem but also your teachers.

Are they accurately testing what you know? For instance, if they want to know if you understand the civil war are they also testing your reading ability? You may just require accommodations to succeed.

That would be the first step. It is a process, not a thing that just happens. You are responsible for your own learning but you also have the right to the best differentiated instruction.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
