Ebay members should never dispute after giving positive feedback. Depending on what the reason is for the change of heart, they may be able to report a seller to Ebay and then Ebay will take it from there, but once you give positive feedback, it is really not retractable, as that is their statement that all is well with the item they just purchased from you. As an Ebay seller it is your responsibility to assure your customers the best experience possible, so even after receiving positive feedback from a customer, should they have problems with an item purchased from you, you should make every attempt to correct the problem.
If for some reason, your customer wants to change their rating on you because you did not respond with positive feedback, the best thing to do is to explain why. Or if you did not offer any feedback because it would not be positive, then you should explain that as well. I feel that open communication is very important on Ebay as it is the only contact you have with your customers and even if it is not in their favor, you should explain.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
