I'm asking for recommendations based upon personal experience rather than just browsing web sites. I have badly strained my lower back. I have the muscle relaxers and pain pills.
Those would be great if I could just lie in bed all day, but I'm a mom. Dr. said to get a brace to help with lifting, sitting, standing, etc.But didn't recommend a specific one. There are a lot out there.
Some look okay. Others look like crap. Can anyone help?

Lower Back Brace URL1 Maintaining good posture ALL THE TIME, whether lifting or not, overcomes the cause of back pain. But how can you do that? The Back-A-Line belt incorporates a curved, firm lumbar pad to which the spine will naturally conform.
More importantly, several studies have shown that the pressure of such a firm curved surface against the muscles reduces back pain. Here’s another link to check out: painreliever.com/Back+Braces.html You may want to ask your doctor about what brace he would recommend.
I would suggest if your budget allows itthe Bauerfeind LordoLoc Back Support but I must confess these is a biased view because I work for this website html.
1 I'd suggest going to a physical therapist and have them fit you.

Mamasunotheremuch replied to post #1: 2 Dr. actually said no PT for now which means no sript to go. Just hoping some have personal experience with a particular back brace that they can recommend.

I'm going to do some research on them but I'd also like a few personal recommendations. " "Has anyone had acupuncture to help lower back pain. Would you recommend it?
" "Do you have any recommendations, based on personal experience, for a good facial cleanser? " "How important is cholesterol to heart health? What is the best way to lower cholesterol?
Do you recommend Statins? " "Is there a website that gives book recommendations based on personal book ratings?(Similar to Netflix)" "I am in need a laptop computer. Would like some 'solid' and personal recommendations please.
I have to buy online only.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
