Olympus made a wonderful wide angle camera, easy to use, the Olympus C-8080 wide angle camera. This is not a new camera but it is wonderful .... 8 MP and would do everything you need. I have one still but don't use it often any longer since I have a dslr camera and many lenses.

Buy a wide angle for the camera that you own now it will cost less.

GREAT WIDE ANGLE POINT/SHOOT CAMERA I've had a Kodak Easyshare Dual Lens camera for a couple of years and I just love it. It's no bigger than a deck of cards (I carry in my purse all the time) and it has two lense openings on the front. The regular lens opening goes from about 39 to 117 mm, then go "ultrawide" to about 23 mm.

I stood on the back of the Queen Victoria statue right in front of Buckingham Palace, and the widest angle was able to get the entire palace in the shot. I have 3 digitial SLRs and 4 point/shoot, and probably use this camera the most of any of them. Since you said "camera" I'm assuming you mean Digicam For under $200 the only current model 28mm (the widest most digital camera go) is the Fujifilm FinePix F480 Zoom... Which is $166 on Amazon. It has a more than capable compact camera with an 8MP sensor. If you want a higher end compact model look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX100, it’s $400 on Amazon, but comes with real image stabilization and 12MP (which really is overkill).

If size isn’t an option and you can afford the $500, the Olympus SP-560 has an incredible 18x zoom 27-486mm with 8MP and image stabilization. Finally... there is the way to get close to pro results, but that would require an DSLR (or a Film SLR could work for you) with a hot shoe flash (the built in flashes on most cameras are not ideal for lighting up a room) and a really wide angle lens the cheapest combo would be the Nikon D40 ($492 with the 18-55 lens... for comparison sakes its like a 27-83mm lens... but that’s a different topic) and Nikon SB-600 flash ($180). The advantage here is image quality and lighting, plus the option to go even wider with new lenses as your funds permit, such as the $560 fisheye 10-17mm (comparatively 15-26mm) from Tokina or Nikon’s superb 12-24mm (i.e.18-36mm) for $915.So this would add up to a $700-$2000+ option depending on the camera/flash/lens options you opted for.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
