I dream all the time, since I was little. I get vivid dreams I always remember almost clearly. I'll be 31 this weekend, and it seams my dreams are nightly, and I always seam so tired all day.
I do wake up from dreams a lot, but even when I don't wake up, I still feel really tired. Can this be the affect of dreaming? Asked by amyt76 58 months ago Similar questions: dreams nightmares effect quality sleep wake Health > Conditions & Diseases.

I think it is the other way around Sleep experts correlate memory for dreams not with REM sleep but with a measure they call WASO, wake time after sleep onset. You are waking up enough after each dream to fix it in memory. Your sleep quality sounds like it has never been good and the dream memories are the symptom, not the cause.
You need to talk with your doctor about this and a modern, non-habit-forming sleeping pill like Ambien CR can solve it. Don't worry, I don't have stock in the company! Not based on research Now this answer is simply based on my own personal experiences. I think that yes, your dreams and the quality of your dreams can definitely have an effect on the quality of your sleep. When I don't dream I wake up feeling much more refreshed.
When I have very vivid dreams I wake up with the feeling of barely sleeping.
They might. People all dream, every night, in several separate sessions. They often don't remember them, or they remember only one or two dreams.
Dreaming in and of itself doesn't affect the quality of sleep one way or the other. You can feel rested even when you remember your dreams, and not feel rested when you don't remember them. But if your dreams are waking you up often, then something might be going on.
You might be dealing with very strong emotions, or a lot of stress. You might be grinding your teeth, or tossing and turning excessively. You might want to talk to a doctor about it.
And the fact you are waking up tired might be a separate issue. You might not be getting enough sleep (and people's sleep requirements vary from person to person. ) Certain sleep disorders can make you tired in the morning, but so can other things.
You may have a something like depression or an anxiety disorder. So I would talk to a doctor about it, just to find out what might be going on. You can use him or her as a source of information.
If he or she suggests a medication, you can wait and learn more about the entire issue, and when and if you feel comfortable with it, you can start taking it. Or not. Good luck!.
Absolutely, especially if you're active I sleepwalk and talk and am very active in my sleep so I am always very tired in the morning. If I didn't dream, I'd sleep better. Sources: My knowledge .
Yes when you dream you are traveling for real and your spirit goes to different dimentions so you should be tired! Yea when you dream you are actually leaving your body and for real ygoing to other places in the universe places as far as lightyears away or years ahead or behind. Dreaming as you call it is your soul traveling while you are in the right radio station kinda you can only tune in when you are relaxed enough IE Tired once you get to this state AKA sleeping you leave your body and travel the universe only to return to your body when you awake. So always write down your dreams and see where you really went while sleeping.
Hope this helps. It is true Sources: Edgar Cayce .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
