Well.. i'm not too sure since every family has their different situation but usually 1-3 months. If you don't get a reply you might want to apply again since there might be some administrative problems during the application.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
