Unless you have a bad posture or a bent spine, which can be improved by certain exercises (though don't expect a significant change in height) the best thing to do is not worry about it. The best way to grow anything in your body is by making sure you are getting enough whey protein. Whenever I start working out after 2-3 weeks of breaking, I normally gain a few millimeters in height, due to my muscles growing and my bones trying to compensate. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
