Can I visit Thailand without going through a Travel agent?

Sure you can. You can make your own travel arrangements, but it will be good if you know the language, as most Thais speak only the Thai language, so moving around Thailand without an interpreter may be a hassle. Good Luck!

Yes of course. You will only hire a travel agent if you are not familiar with the place and need assistance but if not then you can go and explore the place.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
