Depends on the source of the money. If it is a life insurance policy, there is no requirement that anyone be informed. If it is part of the estate, then it will be a matter of public record.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
