We are given NO information about the video card other than the fact that it is DX11. The video card is the MOST IMPORTANT part when it comes to a PC for gaming purposes. Most likely, you have a very low-end DX11 card in your computer that cannot run games very well.
As Demiurge stated, TF2 is no-where near a demanding video game. I can play TF2 quite fine on my second PC (which consists of a Sempron and a Geforce 6500), although I have to play on mostly low settings and have the resolution turned down. If you can find a laptop with a half-decent video card, TF2 will run fine on it.
There are plenty of laptops that cost <$500 that fit this criteria. I hope this helps!
Team Fortress 2 is not all that demanding and your computer should be fine for running the game.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
