Apart from the HD6450, in my experience, usually cards with a suffix of 70 e.g. 6470 is a clear indication that the card will be sufficient enough. I have an 512MB HD4870 sitting on a Sandy Bridge i5-2500K with 8GB ram and 2x Sata 3 hard drives; the game runs very smoothly. As well as another system with 4GB of ram, 898MB GTX-260 Black edition, a 300GB VelociRaptor with a Q9450 LGA775 chipset and it also runs fine.
You might look at the bottlenecks of your primary hard drive. The VelociRaptor as stated above runs at 10,000 RPM at Sata 2. Better yet, may be look at getting a SSD (Solid State Drive) to boost overall loading times and gaming performance.
This attributes towards your overall FPS too. Also perhaps looking at aftermarket coolers for your AMD CPU Chipset, Graphics card and memory chips; all of these makes a difference also.
More than enough power to run TF2 why you don't you try it out on steam since it's now free to play :D.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
