7, July 1994, pp. 41-44 Abstract: Educators, parents, and students should share responsibility for quality in education. To implement this concept of co-production in education, the schools should provide a TQM (total quality management) environment.

More than 100 school districts in the United States have introduced TQM. However, the TQM implementations have a great deal of variation, and dramatic results have yet to appear. There are five steps to introducing the co-production model for TQM in schools.

First, have support and leadership from the school district administrator. Second, create a mission statement or policy. Third, train all school employees in TQM.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
