You would have to drink large amounts of tea for this to be a problem, but anything taken in extreme amounts can be harmful-water is essential, but you can only drink so much of it in a short period of time.
Anything can stretch to unhealthy levels -- yes, even tea drinking. I suppose it would take a lot of effort to take tea to an unhealthy level (i.e. Negatively impacting your health, family, finances, etc.), but it is certainly possible.
Perhaps, if your tea drinking was getting to the point where it was hindering on other aspects of your life, but that seems like a pretty extreme outcome. For most, my answer would be no, as the health benefits of tea are incredible, and it is also excellent for hydration. My only tip is to avoid putting dairy milk in your tea, as the casein protein in the milk has been shown to counteract many of tea's health benefits.(Soy or almond milk, however, is perfectly fine.) I figure if you're going to be drinking all that tea, you might as well try to reap the benefits from it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
