Answer legally speaking- yes, you can. If you get married, then you are alound to leave. If your household is very hard to live in then you can leave.As long as the judge sees that it IS in your best interest to leave home, then yes.
You will be able to be emancipated. I am actually in the same predicament. A friend and I are 16 and planning ahead to see what we can do to get out of our homes as soon as possible hopefully at the age of 17.
