Nope. But you can decide that since you made a mistake, you will take responsibility for it. I understand the concept might seem alien.
What we've done in this U.S. Society is allow folks to put of adult, mature decisions for another decade. A hundred years ago, someone who was 14 was fully expected to be making mature decisions, such as getting pregnant MEANT getting married, whether you liked the boy or not, because that blessed the child. Never mind what you two want--you two got what you want.
Now work to bless the innocent one in all this because she didn't do anything wrong. But nowadays, at 14 your can't even get married, much less be "emancipated. " Your parents are "controlling and rude" because you handed them a task and responsibility that they did not expect, nor can they figure out now what to do about it.
While I won't excuse their way of expressing that frustration, I do understand it. Keep in mind that YOU are the reason they are frustrated, so cut 'em some slack. Instead of being angry and trying to run from a consequence of your choices, practice accepting your consequences and working to have better consequences in the future.
Bless that poor kid you have. She isn't the one who made mistakes..
1 You're 14 and pregnant. The odds of a court trusting you to your own judgment are slim.(I'm not a lawyer; this is just my opinion. ) .

2 OK, I am going to try VERY hard to offer a resonable comment. In order to be emancipated in the state of Geoegia takes a lot more than proving you will go to school and having a stable place to live. There are a lot of regulations you have to meet, and the one that is going to give you the most trouble is this one - part of article 15-11-202.It states, in part 6 , that the minor has to declare they have the ability to manage their personal and social affairs.
The fac that you are 14 and pregnant very clearly shows you are NOT capable of managing your personal or social affairs. You state your parents are very controlling and rude. What do you expect?
I have a feeling they are more likely upset and saddened by the fact that you are pregnant at such a young age. I have no comment on the fact that you are pregnant, except to ask why you would have sex without using protection - and to say that if you were my daughter, you would not leave the house alone until you were 18. Anyway - here is a link to the information you need.
I don't think you have a snowballs chance of getting what you want. lawdigest.uslegal.com/minors/emancipatio... .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
