All you have to do is write a letter to the Michigan Employment Security Board of Review telling them you disagree with the ALJ's decision and request that the Board review it. The Board of Review must RECEIVE your request within 30 days. A postmark within 30 days isn't good enough.
The Board will review the case record and a typed transcript of the ALJ hearing and render a decision without holding another hearing. The Board holds hearings only in highly unusual cases or those involving large numbers of employees. You don't have to include a copy of the transcript.
The Board will automatically receive a copy of the transcript and case file.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
