Can you really regain your eye vision by doing eye exercises?

Exercising the eye can help with problems where the muscles that control movement of the eyeball itself are the problem, like what is called "wall eye" or "lazy eye. " However, most conditions that result in a loss of vision are due to completely different circumstances or some internal part of the eye mechanism itself and eye exercises will have absolutely no effect on them.

I have found no scientific evidence on any website that would prove eye exercises can improve eye vision. There are several websites revealing few examples of exercises and then "click here" and pay to find out more... Go figure.

I agree wholeheartedly with Relache's answer, and just want to add that eye exercises worked very well for my own lazy eye when I was little...it came back into line and has never strayed again. That said, the exercises could do nothing for the vision loss caused by a misshapen eyeball (one of the most common causes of vision loss) so I still have almost a 7 diopter loss in both eyes.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
