Sounds like you could have a bad thermostat.

Nifty@50 is right. Another way you'll be able to tell is if your temprature gauge on your dash doesn't move ever. New thermostat is cheap and easy to fix.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
