Yes, that is the problem, I'm not the owner so I don't know how to pay her off from the tax tein sale. I paid taxes last year, did not know about previous being late- or that there was a tax sale. I have no agreement, just keys, utilities in my name, mail, have done $$$ in improvements.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
