No of course not. It's just virtue which exalt your position in heaven.

No. The book, "The Peter Principle" states that the more layers of management, the more inefficient a corporation is. It also states that an individual is promoted to their level of inefficiency.

Heaven is actually a very informal place. Philippians 2: 5, 6 reads (KJV), "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" (followed by verses to remind us to be humble). This "equality with God" could be equated to only one tier of hierarchy, not a multi-level.

When you mix in the angels, I'm not sure. At present they are to perform our words when they agree with God's (a form of servitude?). That may change later.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
