Kids In the Hall. Without Kids, we wouldn't have had News Radio.
As much as I love Monty Python, I've got to throw a vote in for my fellow Canada|Canadians, The Kids In the Hall - I grew up watching these guys and they still crack me up.
Monty Python! Nothing beats their brilliant wit combined with fantastic slapstick! youtube.com/watch?v=kQFKtI6gn9Y And may I add that they were exceptionally cool about copyright infringement on YouTube.
It has to be Monty Python. See these, before voting for others! * Monty Python and the Holy Grail * the Life of Brian * Monty Python's Meaning of Life * Monty Python: Live at the Hollywood Bowl ...a live performance of the sketches * Jabberwocky with Michael Palin, directed by Terry Gilliam * Time Bandits directed by Gilliam * Yellowbeard with Graham Chapman and John Cleese * Brazil with Michael Palin in a supporting role, directed by Gilliam * A Fish Called Wanda with John Cleese and Michael Palin...Best Supporting Actor Oscar for Kevin Kline * the Adventures of Baron Munchausen with Eric Idle in a supporting role, directed by (again) Gilliam * Erik the Viking with Terry Jones & john Cleese supporting, also directed by Jones * Splitting Heirs with Eric Idle and John Cleese...not so great, but... * Mary Shelley's Frankenstein with John Cleese in a strictly dramatic role * Fierce Creatures with John Cleese and Michael Palin.
Vote: Monty Python. Sweep...? Yes. Why: I took a long, hard think on this and was going to vote for the three stooges simply because they were the forefathers of physical today.
Then I realized how big a part Monty Python has played in my life while growing up. I know all the words to all the skits and movies, read all the funny books, bought all the albums (and imagined the skits in my head while I listened) I even bought the Monty Python Song Book and learned most of the songs on my guitar and/or piano. This is too important a vote to just give to... anyone.
Plus, my cousin George plays in the bunny in the Holy Grail.
.This is an easy one...PYTHON! youtube.com/watch?v=piWCBOsJr-w.
I also vote for Kids in the Hall! youtube.com/watch?v=1pKXMcfx1d8.
Bring me...a shrubbery! Err...Monty Python, naturally! :).

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
