Although I love Homer, and Cartman, I've got to throw a vote in for Bender, the character from my favorite show, Futurama.
If it were Daffy Duck instead of Bugs Bunny, I would definitely be choosing the Looney Tunes. But Bugs is just a bit too invulnerable for my tastes. It makes him less appealing to see him just trounce the opposition every time out of the gate, automatically.
I'm much more inclined to vote for an Everyman, someone with real human flaws who is relateable. And characters don't get more delightfully flawed than Homer Simpson. youtube.com/watch?v=qnPGDWD_oLE.

Bugs Bunny! Bugs Bunny! There's an echo in here (classic Bugs Bunny line) Actually, there's simply no one like Bugs... no superheroes, no aliens, no nothing...! I remember watching Bugs Bunny cartoons with my dad and I now sit alongwith my daughter to watch the same ones :).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
