If you can boot into Safe Mode then it's a bad driver. You need to look up the BSOD code. So... you will need to recreate the problem and write down the code.
Look at the first string of numbers. The first string will look something like this "0x0000116". If 116 is the number then your Video Driver is bad.
If you moved over the hard drive from your previous computer thats the reason. Windows will crash when it detects a different motherboard, you'll need to reinstall it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
