Question: you say everything is new except for the hard drive. Did you reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows clean, or are you attempting to boot your old version of Windows, from another computer, on your new computer? If you're attempting to boot into an older version of Windows that you used on another computer on your new computer, it will not work.
The chipset drivers (drivers that tell Windows what hardware is in the system, how to find the hard drive, etc.) will be VERY different from your old motherboard to your new one. Windows will attempt to boot using the old hardware and will crash because it can't find that hardware and won't know what to do with the new hardware. If you have a new hard drive, DEFINITELY install that drive into the system and perform a clean install of Windows, using the driver disc that should have come with your new motherboard, to set up a nice, clean copy of Windows on your new computer.
You can then install your old drive as a temporary second drive to move any files, music, documents, pictures, etc. from the old drive to the new drive. Any programs (such as Office, Photoshop, etc.) will need to be re-installed. Good luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
