Could someone please tell me why my Whirlpool Gold Quiet Partner III dishwasher does not dry my dishes?

2 Shows how observant I am! Just went to push the button to start a wash cycle and the "Refill Rinse Aid" light came on. Guess I didn't realize that had anything to do w/ drying the dishes!

Yes, I'm a "wanna be" blonde! Thanks! .

I myself am the not totally satisfied owner of a Whirlpool dishwasher. It was a builder's selection - not mine - and when it breaks I'm fairly certain we won't replace it with another Whirlpool model, unless they've come up with something fantastically better than my model. My dissatisfaction includes the 'so called' dry cycle which has never performed well.

If the dishwasher 'was' drying to your satisfaction previously and suddenly is not doing so there are several things that can contribute to that. Heating elements, drying fans, and thermostats may fail and cause the dry cycle to be incomplete.(These are generally best inspected by a service technician.)I have read other reviewers comment that their Whirlpool models lack drying fans which may contribute to their inferior drying ability. (See: www.epinions.com/content_58301976196)*****Whirlpool offers their customers these 'self help' tips on dishes that do not dry completely:"Did you load your dishwasher to allow proper waterdrainage?

Do not overload. Refer to the “DishwasherLoading” section. Use a liquid rinse aid to speed drying.

Are the plastics wet? Plastics often need towel drying. Is the rinse aid dispenser empty? Refer to the “Rinse AidDispenser” section.

Did you use an air-dry or energy-saving dry option?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
