On the contrary, you need carbohydrates to function. Bread, rice, pasta, etc. can be more filling, and healthier, than most meat, not to mention lower in fat and cholesterol. It doesn't matter what time you eat them, they're just like any other food.
The main thing of course, is to monitor your caloric intake--the more calories you take in, the more you have to burn off to maintain weight.
Refined carbohydrates (like white bread, white pasta and sugar) are loaded with calories and low on nutrition and should be consumed moderately if at all. But fruit is an example of a carb that should be consumed. Whole grain bread, pasta and brown rice are more nutritious and have more fiber and should be substituted.
Now if I could only kick my sugar habit! Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
