My electronic devices are fine. My wetware is another story. Everything except my Motorola Q updated correctly.

The Q was fixed by re-patching it with Microsoft’s update that apparently didn’t take last week. The Dish service, Wii, iMac, PowerBook, and everything else did just fine. Not quite the mini-apocalypse that was being predicted in some quarters, I’ll grant you.

But I’ll take it. :) I, on the other hand, did not do so well. I despise the time change.

It throws my internal clock off, sometimes for as long as a month. We're using a dawn simulator on our bedroom lights, and I'm hoping that'll help matters some this year. But I was definitely groggy at work today.

Tomorrow's going to require a trip to the coffee shop. Bah. Humbug.

Mine too! All of my TV shows were one hour behind where they were supposed to be. However, direcTv had a patch that I used to fix it.

3 First it just didn't work, then it only worked on some stations. Finally, they "fixed" the problem and I was able to receive all the stations -- only to find that all my timers were switched to Eastern time, and I live in California! Not a big deal, but a pain.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
