I totally agree that Osteen has a right to enjoy the money he makes from his books. I totally disagree with his theology.

I think he needs to be protected in privacy...but channel money to help others even more maybe. He is New age...which believes God gave you abundance to enjoy. Thanks!

Re: life style, He responded: We draw no salary from the Church of any kind. We live off the royalties from my (our) books. We tithe to the church and have given away millions.

I believe God wants us to enjoy the things He has provided for us. To which Oprah agreed, She also has prospered and lives a much higher life style than Joel does. She also gives away Millions, as to her giving to a church I do not know.It was a wonderful interview and Oprah and her man were great.

Thanks I didn't know if she was trying to get him to give to like African kids etc...that maybe he was not doing this yet. I have read his books....they are mostly his sermons. Each book is mostly the same...but more perfected in what he has to say.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
