Do you watch Oprah every day? Do you have her New Network? Is it good? I don't get her new Network on my cable TV?

I don't get her new Network on my cable TV. I hope eventually my cable will get her Network. I would not want to miss it.

I honestly have never watched her show. I know who she is by word or mouth and seeing her magazines at checkout counters. She doesn't draw my interest but I admire the fact she worked her way up from apparently poverty to being one of the most successful women in the world.

I have watched Oprah almost every year she had a talk show. She understands people and life. She is a great person.

I related well to her...enjoyed Leave it to Beaver and more like her. She is about the same age as me and more. She was a part of my life that I could not miss and so I am glad she is moving on to even greater things to help others.

She shares her riches and leads/model healthy behavior for people. I am sure the grocery store magazines didn't help her much. She is worthy of much praise/honor.

I don't get to see her, cause I don't get home early enough from work Her new network is getting good reviews, but I haven't watched it yet. But everything she does turned to gold. I wish I would have been at her show on the day she announced she was taking everyone to Australia!

I would love to shake Oprah's hand and talk to her, thank her for all her efforts and help she does for all. Oprah gives nice gifts/travel. She wants to share her joy/riches.

She will have healthy shows for people and wholesome programing. She is a great role model. It would be fun to go to Australia with her.

When Oprah first went on the air I watched her program. After a few years I got bored with it and stopped. Lately I really don't care much for her so I did not care when I found out my cable company did not carry her new Network.

I think it will bomb out. She should just retire, travel, spend some of her kazillion dollars, eat bon bons and leave us alone.

You'll need to be writing letters to your satellite/cable/Internet TV provider. Often.

I watched when she introduced it. It looks a lot like LMN and those other cable networks…or maybe an integration of all of them. The way you can tell if it’s succeeding is to watch the quality of the advertising, and amount of daytime paid programming.

Also, if it shows a lot of "canned" programs it means there isn’t a lot money spent of in-house programs. It means she’s buying the work of independent and speculative producers. And right now..there’s a lot of canned programming…of the type you see on other networks….

Nothing special.

Maybe she want Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil, Suzi Orman and more shows she help start to be on her network. I would guess she would have some spiritual shows (New age) and more. This is new for her, so I am sure she will work it out.

Short ads may cost alot. Maybe there are legal things she has to worry about also. Thanks!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
