Do cats really like cat nip?

Whilst this plant has a soothing effect on humans it can induce a mild narcotic effect in some felines. Distribution of this substance has been rigorously controlled by the cat fraternity because of the radical mind-altering behavior – known as catatonia - that is often manifested in cat junkies soon after snorting the compound.
Test subjects have even been observed “talking� To humans (see video) after prolonged exposure to Nepetalactone – the organic compound that is harvested from Nepeta cataria. Cats distribute Catamint through an extensive network of human mules that harvest the Nepetalactone on behalf of their cat masters and then deliver the product to catnip distribution centers – masquerading as pet stores – that sell the refined product along with catnip seeds and plants.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
