Why do cat's like cat nip?

It smells lovely to them, and brings joy and happiness to them. They often roll on their back (which means they feel safe) when they're near cat-nip.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
