Fresh juice is always the best because you have all the vitamins, antioxidants and other goodies without the preservatives and additives. But when fresh juice isn't an option, frozen juice can actually be quite good. Frozen juice tends to be closer to fresh juice because the other is heated as it is being processed.
This makes the juice taste bitter and so, more sugar must be added to cover up that bitter taste. Aim for 100% juice. Whatever you choose though, drink it or give it to your kids in moderation.
All in all, juice is sugar and water. Sometimes that sugar is natural and sometimes it's not. That really is the only difference in the sugared up juices and the 100% juice.

Green juice might be too appealing, but by adding a handful of seedless grapes you'll sweeten up the drink just enough to make it taste nice without adding too much sugar. Mind you, children (and us adults!) also need fruits in our diet.
In no way am I indicating juice is unhealthy. Rather, it is unhealthy when it is not drank in appropriate amounts as with any other food or beverage.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
