Does frozen meat weigh more than meat that is not frozen?

Same amount of material in the package, same weight.....but maybe a little less dense. As long as you do not add or remove any material from the package it is going to weigh the same amount as before, regardless of being frozen or thawed. State change does not change the weight of the material.
