Well, being an amateur philosopher, this is one of those 'iffy' questions that cannot be answered. But I'll share my experience: I was going for a walk rather late at night in a small village founded in 1848. It was a warm and humid night, with some fog, and I was walking at about 3 am or so because I could not sleep with my spouse.
I was walking by an old church (I'm told it's one of the oldest buildings in the county and was used during the Civil War, but I didn't know the history of the building then) when I heard a noise behind me. When I looked back, on the sidewalk, there was a lady walking toward the village by the church. She had on a large hat with what appeared to be feathers, long gloves, a kind of buttoned up front on her dress, and a parasol, which was being carried on her arm.
I clearly could see these details, but other parts of her appearance were fuzzy, like her face and feet. Anyhow, I turned back to speak to my partner who was with me to say "Do you see that?!" When we both turned, the lady was gone.
Needless to say they didn't believe what I saw and claimed it was a trick of my mind on the fog. But I know what I witnessed. And that's been the only experience I've ever had in my lifetime.
Spirits exist, you have one inside of you that give you intellect and life and ability of spirit. When you die your spirit will leave your body to await Judgment Day.
I think ghosts can exists. They'd just be the spirit of someone that has died. However I don't believe most of the other mumbo jumbo related to ghosts.
Yes, they do! I was hit by a car going 155 mph.. I went 2 Hell, then Heaven! I've been spiritual every since.
Talk 2 God (the Spirit God) and you'll find out. Ask him just like you're asking us! Ylynd-Tyrone.
I believe they do. When I was young even before I could talk much my mom said when she would walk past my bedroom holding me I would just wave smiling. When I was alone in the bedroom I would play with Mother Grace. My great great grandma who had passed away before I was even thought of.
Eventually when I was a little older and able to describe what I was seeing my mom asked who I was playing and talking with and I told her mother grace. She asked me to describe her and I did right down to her cherry cane. I had never seen a picture of her before then my mom showed me her picture and I confirmed that it was her.
We also had a bowling ball on the tile in front of the fire place that would sit on the thumb hole and it would roll across the carpet and into the middle of the living room. A bowling ball when sat on the thumb hole it won't move unless forced. Turns out it was her house before it was ours.
The bed she died in was where we had my bed. After moving my bed she stopped coming around. My mom said I would cry for her at night before I saw her as a person not a spirit. I knew the difference between imaginary and spirits because I had an imaginary friend named emily and my mom wanted to know if she was real and I said no.
I also use to play with "da babies" which where my Mother graces two chiwawa's. I don't seee things anymore but I do feel them. I get cold chills and emotions that aren't mine.
So I do believe they exist and no one can tell me other wise.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
