Yes, December 24 everybody goes to Misa De Noche Buena which is at midnight. After the mass, everybody goes home to have dinner with their family.

Yes, most do, since most of the Mexicans are Catholics and they tend to be more devout than Americans. Most of them do go to churches on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
