Yes, I do. Personal opinions aside, Casey Anthony has not been convicted of any crime, and under the law, she should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. I think she has the right to watch the funeral if she wishes.
Lots of prisoners are allowed to attend funerals of loved ones, so at least this option keeps her in custody.
