I have noticed that the same people will answer my questions, and end up answering the same questions as me. Asked by Anonymous 46 months ago Similar questions: find people generally answer questions Amazon > Askville.

Yes I'm no good at cars, computers, cameras, technologies and number of other things. So I stick to my areas of interest. I imagine that is the same way with most here -- they stick to their areas of interest and expertise. So yes, I guess you'll see me around and I'll see you around!
In addition, there are a few people I will look for, because they make me laugh no matter what they are answering or because I have learned to really respect their insights and I learn a lot from them.
I've noticed this too People are similar interests and points of view and I find they end up answering the same questions. For example, if there is a question about opinions on books I'll see the same people answering. If the question is about art I'll see a different set of people answering.
I also find that certain people like other people better and will gravitate toward their questions. Conversely, there are people whose questions I avoid because I'll always end up with a poor rating. They just don't agree with me and my point of view on things.
I get tired of appealing ratings by just a few Askvillers. I discovered that when I started avoiding just a few people I had many fewer questions to appeal. I see you often answering my questions and I answer some of your questions too.
Frequently, I see us both answer the same questions. So, what does that say about us? -layyla-'s Recommendations Fort Knox Gold Coins Chocolates, 2-Ounce Units (Pack of 20) Amazon List Price: $26.67 .
Never happens... Just kidding! I do run into the same people a lot, and you are one of them! I think the people you run into most often reflect those that you have most in common with, which is great because this is the way you "get to know" others in Askville and often form bonds with them.
Even when answering the same questions, you are able to exchange information and often learn from each other. I know that happens to me all the time, I really enjoy reading other's points of view, and even look forward to seeing them or running into them in the topics we share interests in. Members who cross paths most frequently have the same interests, or enjoy answering certain types of questions, so it is only natural that you would keep bumping into them in those topics.
This is the way I got to be friends with people here and even have "faved" some of them because I really enjoy their questions, answers, and contributions in the DB. I even communicate with them through PM, which makes the friendship closer. By the way, I was going to post my reply in the DB, but after laughing to myself, I thought it would be more relevant and humorous to answer, since you and I always seem to hang out in the same places!

Yes I do... There are about a dozen Askvillers that regularly show up to answer my questions or to join in on the same discussions that interest me. I assume that this is because our interests tend to line up and may be because the questions are asked in a way that elicits comments from this group. I know most of them from their comments and their attitudes from previous encounters and a goodly number of us have exchanged messages so I guess this is all a sort of normal behavior.
I also get new names and avatars but since they are changable, I suspect that even some of these are the same group of people.
1 Yes. This is either because many people have similar interests, or one enjoys chasing another around for an exchange of "witticisms" and such. This user has been banned from Askville.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
