Bricklaying or masonry is a better trade. People expect to pay a lot more for brick work than plaster work. Also, drywall has replaced plaster work in so many buildings, residencial and commercial.

Future outlook for high paying jobs is better for masons or bricklayers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
