I have, with frustrating rarity I used to be able to go from being awake to being in one of my favorite dreams. But I haven't been able to do it in years. I think it's a state-of-being thing for me.

I still experience a few dreams where I know I'm dreaming and can change the story-line of the dream. Many times I can't, but I am always a little surprised- in the dream- that I've just changed it. Like I said, it occurs rarely with me and someday (or night) I'll try to work on it again.

Yes, I lucid dream... It doesn't happen as often as I would like, but it I have been able to change a dream entirely after realizing it was a dream and not awakening. I haven't really figured out how to "try" to do it unless I am dreaming and realize it is a dream, but I will choose do do so in that situation...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
