If you have cheaper nonstick pans,Yes use spray. If you have higher quality pan like calphalon you should not need it. But if things were good when they were new and they are sticking now.
Chances are you need new pans. Be sure to check if there is any chipping of the non stick surface. It is poison.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
