Well I cannot speak for Rosetta Stone, except it costs a lot! I say find a spanic friend and connect with them. Before you know it, you may be learning so much more about them, their family, and heritage.
Yeah, keep your aid (RS) but a friend...perhaps one who is trying to learn English...is indispensable.
I thought Rosetta Stone was somewhat helpful in learning Chinese. It wasn't my only resource, though, and it is limited by the fact that there are a relatively small number of situations that are built into its lesson material. It is not a complete substitute for interacting with native speakers.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
