You can suggest marriage counseling and be sure to impress upon him your feelings due to his behavior. It would be one thing if there was no help for his condition, but he won't even look into it. I would imagine that causes you to feel like he doesn't care much about your feelings or the marriage.

A person should want to desire their partner and want to seek remedies for a situation that causes lack of desire or ability to perform (male or female). If he won't go to counseling with you, won't seek medical attention for the issue, then at this point you can accept that he just wants to be roommates or you can leave him and move on. It would be a shame to divorce over the issue, but it's hard to stay with someone who claims to love you, but has removed nearly all intimacy from the relationship (and removed all sex).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
