Do you think this recipe for chicken wings would be ok to use with boneless chicken?

Chicken Wings1/2 cup of soy sauce1/2 cup vegtable oil2 to 3 cloves of garlic (minced)1 tsp. Mustard1 tsp. Ground ginger1/1/2 tbls.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
