Does a gym membership help people to be more consistent in their workout plan?

Twisism, I will answer these questions for you. It's really up to you, and what motivates you, including self motivation. If seeing people that are fit inspires you, then a gym membership is good.

If being around weights, and exercise equipment in general clicks in your head to workout, then a membership is good. Basically, if the gym environment in all it's aspects gives you any type of workout feeling, then go with the membership. So you know, many of the people today that go to gyms either go for the classes and/or personal training.

Meaning, if you are a beginner, and need tips on how to workout, which in turn will bring motivation, followed by consistency, then look into a trainer and or classes at a gym with your membership, which is not a bad idea at all. So yes, the money will be well spent especially if you go to gyms that have affordable rates. Twisism, great questions, and I am glad to answer them for you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
